The menu options for weddings at Craigmoor Pavilion reflect our belief in the ideal way to share food with people we love on the most special of occasions.
Food that is plentiful, delicious and able to be enjoyed across all generations and backgrounds. Food served in a way that actively encourages your guests to interact like a large family at a very big dinner table.
We are a country venue and like to reflect this across all that we do, guided by principles of genuine hospitality, generosity, quality and delivering a great time for all your guests.
There are two styles that we specialise in

1. Canapés and grazing stations from $85 per head
This relaxed format allows your guests to mingle while still providing plenty of seating
options (lounge, bars, indoor, & outdoor tables of varying heights and configurations).
Food is provided both as hand around canapés and at a range of serving (grazing) stations.
These grazing stations can vary from glazed hams and condiments, towering cheese buffets,
roving tapas, to things such as teppanyaki, oysters or sushi bars.
Desserts can be as a spectacular buffet &/or elegant canapés style.
It is a format that allows lots of flexibility, scope for fun theming and a lovely progression of food styles

2. The Craigmoor Pavilion classic package, from  $95 per head

Roast Platters

Dessert or Cheese platters

All our meats are cooked slowly at low temperatures in our baking ovens using a
range of bastes and marinades. 
Vegetables cover a very wide range of what is in season, are also baked in the

big ovens incorporating the roasting juices from the meats.
Drinks packages are from $48 per person with a Premium package at $65 per person
All drinks packages include:
• A selection of White & Red wines
• Sparkling wine
• Beer, Light beer
• Soft drinks & Mineral Water
Drinks packages are based on a 6 hours venue hire.

General venue hire and event management costs:
• $2500 fee for weddings up to 100 guests, over 100 guests is $25 per person additional.
Includes: event liaison, tables, chairs, linen tablecloths, quality cutlery, crockery &

20% deposit confirms booking (non-refundable within 4 weeks, 50% within 8 weeks, all at
our discretion).
Final numbers, dietary requirements and full payment to be made seven days prior.

You are welcome to organise additional venue dressing or specific equipment hire. Venue
dressing needs to be pre-arranged.
